These terms govern the sale, by Webdesign29 — Benjamin Favre, of a website creation and hosting service based on a template, subscribed through this site as a recurring plan.
Prices are shown in euros. The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically at each term. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store any card details.
Where the service begins immediately with your express consent, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once work has started (art. L221-28 French Consumer Code). Before work begins, you may cancel free of charge.
The subscription has no commitment and can be canceled anytime from your account (Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the site stays live until then. No pro-rata refund is due for the started period.
Once your order and the needed materials (content, logo, domain) are received, we tailor the template to your brand and put it live, usually within a few business days.
We use reasonable means to ensure availability and security of the service. We cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or improper use. Content provided by the customer remains under their responsibility.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts.
