Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company, address, VAT number), project information (chosen template, domain, brief), and — for subscriptions — billing data processed by Stripe.
Your data is used to handle your request and order, contact you and deliver the service (performance of the contract), and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our strictly necessary processors: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider and our email service.
Prospect data is kept up to 3 years after the last contact; customer and invoice data for the applicable legal period.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us à contact@webdesign29.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority (CNIL).
